Conversation with Kolton

Talk around the dinner table Friday night went something like this:
Kolton (our 4 year old nephew): Why isn’t the TV on?
Grandpa Hank: I turned it off.
Aunt Jill: We wanted to hear how your day went.
Kolton: No new gossip here.

What 4 year old says that? We even quizzed him to see if he knew the meaning of gossip to which he answered, “It is talk about someone else.” For kicks we asked, “Who’s the gossip in your house?” His answer?

“Daddy!”
